The Man
It is very interesting in the grand scheme of things how a man is more defined by what he doesn’t do that what he does. God has created and ordained man to be both diverse and fallible. The man can have a plethora of different skills, abiities and experiences that make him both an individual and a viable servant of God. Even the man’s weaknesses can work together for the good if they love the Lord and are the called according to His purpose. So there are no contractual requirements or expectations as to what makes the man. God lets it all be possible resources.
However, the bible is very clear as to what a man must NOT do in order to be considered a man.
A man must put away childish things. A man must not heed the advice of the ungodly. A man cannot live or have a lifestyle like that of sinners. A man cannot be scornful or of a not loving temperament. This means that the man is not liberated but confined. Sounds bad but it is actually very good. Confine the man to the Will of God and allow him to be the man that God has called him to be instead of being the man that people expect him to be! AMEN!!!
